Advent blogs…coming soon!

Each year since 2011 the #AdventBlogs series has been something that I look forward to every 1st December. Reading short blogs and stories from the L&D community which have been emotional and reflective, and incredibly insightful.

The various posts, from a wide range of contributors, are linked by a common theme which have been curated by the amazing Gary Cookson and previously Kate Griffiths-Lambeth.  

Do you want to contribute? This year’s theme is “it’s time to change”.  This can be a personal reflection, or something more formal, either way, you will be credited with this and these have usually had a lot of interaction.  Just go with it, explore what the topic means to you.

Each blog will be shared via my LinkedIn, Instagram and BlueSky accounts and these often have received lots of comments, reposts and discussion from the HR and L&D community.
