Hello, I’m Daniel. With over 20 years of experience in learning and development, I’ve supported growth and transformation across both public and private sector organizations. My career has involved a range respected institutions and businesses such as The University of Manchester, Kellogg’s, Airtours Plc, and The National Lottery Heritage Fund.
I provide coaching for individuals, groups, and teams at every level of an organization, and I am an experienced management and leadership development professional. My passion lies in helping people unlock their potential so they can thrive both personally and professionally.
Working across the UK and Europe, I’ve partnered with businesses to design and deliver tailored coaching and development programs that drive meaningful change. By working closely with clients, I ensure that every intervention is practical, collaborative, and focused on achieving lasting impact.
Through my coaching, I’ve helped many people realize their ambitions, move forward in their careers, and build confidence in their personal lives.
I hold an MSc in HR Management from Manchester Metropolitan University, am an Chartered Member of the CIPD, and have achieved the Institute of Leadership and Management Level 7 in Executive Coaching.
