Step 1: The Discovery Call (Free)
We start with a complimentary 45-minute initial chat. This is a zero-pressure space for us to connect, discuss your challenges, and see if we’re a great match.
Step 2: The Core Program
I recommend a foundational block of three, or more intensive sessions. This structure provides enough depth to identify core obstacles while creating a sustainable roadmap for change.
Step 3: Flexible Pacing
Life doesn't happen all at once. You can use your sessions over a few weeks for a "sprint" towards a specific goal, or spread them over several months for ongoing support and accountability. We will agree on a pace that fits your lifestyle.

You can develop yourself, your team or business by identifying your strengths and making the most of these.
I can support this by using Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Strengthscope and DISC profiling.
I have completed hundreds and hundreds of hours of coaching and have been trained by the Institute of Leadership and Management to Level 7 in Executive Coaching.
I have been credited with supporting major change both personally and professionally and I do this with patience, and care. I will push you to realise the goals that you are aiming for.
My core coaching approach utilises the GROW or CLEAR Coaching Models and backing this up by focusing on your strengths.
I can work with you at an individual level, or as part of a team or group of colleagues.

2 - Consider any strengths-based solutions, such as MBTI or Strengthscope.
3 - We will then contract the work.
4 - I will delivery the coaching or development support.
5 - Full evaluation will then take place to understand the impact of my support.
